History:
Amateur & Pro Boxer from 1974 to 1975. Had 42 total fights. 30 - 5
amateur record, 6 - 1 professional record.
Trained by the Original Masked Marvel in 1975. Began as a wrestler &
referee. Used ring names such as Mr. Wrestling Jr., Baby Intern & Spiderman
before taking off hood for good and just being "Bad" Dale Bass. By 1982,
started to do house & TV announcing for several promotions. Wrestled as tag team partner for Lou Thesz against Duke Keamoka & Mr. Kato. Stopped wrestling in late 80's, still announcing. Writer/reporter for The Wrestling Revue magazine for 3 years during the 1980's. Has appeared with more that 30 promotions in a dozen states and Canada as a wrestler and/or announcer since 1975.
Current Commissioner for several Kentucky promotions. Worked with top wrestling starts such as Lou Thesz, Hillbilly Jim, Cousin Junior, Bobby Fulton, Doug Gilbert, Tojo Yamamoto, Sam Bass, Ron Bass, Eddie Marlin, Bill Dundee, Jimmy Valiant, Len Rossi, Sergeant Slaughter, Col.
